In an...Andrew - that's an extremely good question. <BR/><BR/>In an attempt to answer it, I turned to what is probably the most important statement by Ozzie in recent months - at least of those that have seeped out of Microsoft.<BR/><BR/>His big <A HREF="http://blogs.zdnet.com/web2explorer/?page_id=54" REL="nofollow">memo </A> on the Internet Services Disruption is well-written but full of rather facile boosterism - and, as far as I can tell, completely partisan.
