ContactPoint: What is it Good For?

Scrapping:

Anderson disagrees: "If you allow large numbers of people access to sensitive data it's never going to be secure. You can't protect it. ContactPoint should simply never have been built."

I disagree with the inference that ContactPoint is good for nothing. I'm sure it is good for making the companies that are building it lots of money. And I'm sure that they are showing their gratitude by donating some money to the Labour Party.
