No Growser for You

So Eric Schmidt has stated that there will be no Google browser: did anyone really think there would be? It would be a waste of resources for the company, and seriously weaken Firefox, which is doing very nicely as a growing threat to Internet Explorer.

I’m not counting out a Google Browser yet. The comments Schmidt made reminded me of Steve Jobs before iPod with video came out. I think Google has a lot of interest in a browser and the project will turn out to be a big moneymaker for them.
